Equestrians:
Surlingham Manor is an ideal holiday property for equestrians who would like to bring their own horses with them. The Manor grounds are home to stables, a tack room and a private paddock.
Surlingham and the South Norfolk countryside are populated by quiet lanes many of which are ideal for horse-riding. The River Tas and Yare Valley Trail is a particularly popular ride and covers a distance of 15.5 miles.

Surlingham manor has 7 bedrooms, 3 of them being en-suites. 1 Full bathroom and 1 WC. On the grounds is another property (Manor Lodge) Capable of sleeping 8, and is self contained. There are also modern appliances located on site, with a fully equipped kitchen and private off road parking is available for guests. Hot-tubs & Sauna for relaxing, along with bbq area on a lit terrace.
